Issue: A monthly PPM visit to one of Liverpool’s most iconic building, the Cunard Building.
Carry out jetting of mainlines manhole to manhole. Clean out all accos and gullies inside compound and test to ensure running freely

Location: The Cunard Building

Solution: Utilising the Van Pack – to clear silt build up in the first floor rain water hopper accessed through the first floor ladies toilet riser.

There were 4 x gullies to be cleaned in total. All hoppers checked and found to be running clear.

By implementing planned maintenance this site is able to keep on top of their maintenance, reducing the chance of blockages and damage to the building.
