Description – Initial call from an existing client – regards to a blockage on the neighbouring property, the property owner is saying that there are issues on our clients drainage, we are attending to carry out recorded cctv to find or locate any issues in the drainage that may have caused the blockage to the neighbouring property and identify which property is responsible for the blockage.

We cctv’d the foul drain line and highlighted that there was a collapse on site restricting flow to the system. We restored flow to the system by means of excavation works to the proposed depth of 1.5 meters to expose the pipe works and remove defected pipe works and reinstating with new and connecting using a band seal method to insure a water tight seal.

Job Detail – Two man team with hand tools to carry out manual excavation works to expose defected pipe works and reinstate all ground works for the duration at approx. depth of 1.5 meters.
