A long term client in the process of building an new domestic residence, requested a full CCTV survey and report of all drains in the surrounding land, prior to commencing the build.

We carried out a probe and mark of drain alongside the camera survey. This report will show where the drains are located on the property, where they lead to, where they connect to the neighbour’s property and whether there are any issues with root ingress, or collapsed drains. It is much easier to address these issues, before construction begins and keeps costs to a minimum.

The full report given to client, no issues identified and no further action required.
