Issue: Callout to blocked drain

Location: Pub and Restaurant, Great Barrow

Solution: We arrived on site to carry out a CCTV survey to drains, and when lifted the manhole found them to be blocked.

When using the camera we found the lines were 90% full of blocks of fat. After carrying out extensive jetting works to clear the drains, we also removed a bucket full of stone out of the interceptor which was causing problems. Once cleared we surveyed the lines and carried out a full report. No further issues found within the network.
