Callout from one of our existing property management clients based in Manchester City Centre. A shower has been leaking through the floor into the car park on level 1. Further investigation found that the stack has also leaked into the car park on level 2. Our technician unblocked the shower tray and put sealant on a poor connection on the drop to the stack.
