Issue: Carry out a sea snake CCTV survey of all drains on roof area for condition report, submit findings and make recommendations.

Location: Manchester City Centre

Solution: Arrived on site to carry out ppm works to gullies on the roof area, all drains viewed through CCTV, all clear and running freely. Whilst we were on site we used the sea snake camera around one of the ground floor toilets and found that the line is holding water and will require High Pressure water Jetting.

Recommendations made to the client for further works. The client also reported a leak in the basement, which after investigation we confirmed was not coming from the pipe in situ. Site maintenance will investigate further. Site left clean and tidy.
