Following a request by the property manager to improve the external appearance of the site, we worked together to agree a schedule of works to have multiple areas around site pressure washed ahead of the new term and influx of new students arriving in September.
Our team spent five days in total on site, and ensured all specified areas were cleaned to the agreed specification. Through the use of our specialised pressure washing plates we are able to clean large areas at high speed, whilst still maintaining the quality of the work, and also where required the use of a high-level pressure washing lance to reach external areas up to 15ft. This negates the need for our operatives to work at height, removing unnecessary risk and keeping costs within budget.
With the use of our advanced equipment we were able to lift years’ worth of stains, including loose paint, moss, grime, dust, mud, chewing gum and dirt from the buildings and multiple surfaces around site. As the site was live with students constantly coming and going, our team worked to the strictest safety standards to ensure the safety and well-being of all persons on site.
